How we collect, use and protect personal information, and how to contact us about yours.

Who we are
artiphase is the trade name of Harrington, Valehurst, Pendry & Co. Limited, a digital marketing agency based in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. “artiphase”, “we” and “us” in this policy refer to that company. We handle personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL).
This website
This website has no embedded enquiry forms. “Book a call” opens our booking page, hosted by HighLevel (LeadConnector), in a new tab. You can also contact us by email. Our hosting provider retains standard server logs, including IP addresses, browser types and pages requested, for security and operations.
Booking a call
When you book, HighLevel processes the contact details and appointment information you provide so we can arrange the call and communicate with you about it. The booking page is a separate service with its own privacy and cookie practices; this website's analytics choice applies to this website.
Website analytics and your choice
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit, how they find us and which links they use. This includes device and browser information, approximate location, and interactions such as clicks on our contact and social links. We use these insights to improve the website.
Analytics stays off until you choose “Allow analytics”. Declining leaves the website fully available. You can change your choice through “Cookie settings” in the footer at any time. Withdrawing consent stops future analytics collection and removes this site's analytics cookies; it does not erase information already collected.
We use a first-party preference cookie to remember your choice for up to 180 days, where your browser permits. If you allow analytics, Google uses first-party cookies to distinguish visits, also configured to expire within 180 days. We disable Google signals and advertising personalization in this website's tag. We do not send enquiry contents to Analytics or use these website analytics to target ads.
Google processes analytics information on its infrastructure, which may be outside Canada. Its processing is described in how Google uses information from sites that use its services. Contact us using the address below about access, correction or deletion requests.
We retain email correspondence to respond to enquiries and maintain a record of the relationship. Commercial electronic messages are sent in accordance with CASL, with consent, sender identification and a working unsubscribe mechanism.
Client work
We process information on behalf of clients to provide the agreed services. This may include CRM contact records and advertising account data. That information:
- is used only to deliver the contracted services;
- is kept separate for each client;
- is held in Canada, and is disclosed to service providers (hosting, CRM, advertising platforms) only as needed to deliver those services, some of which store data outside Canada; and
- is retained only as long as the engagement and our legal obligations require.
Where a client has operations in Quebec, we assess the cross-border transfer of personal information with that client before their data enters a service provider outside Canada.
Advertising platforms
We use advertising account data to manage campaigns and report on performance within the agreed scope and budgets. We work through platform tools and approved integrations; for Google Ads, our internal reporting and campaign-management software uses the Google Ads API. Data retained in our reporting database is stored separately for each client in Canada and used only for that client's reporting and attribution. Our account-management statement explains access, budget control and data handling.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, subject to legal requirements. We do not sell personal information.
